This two-day surgical course is your foundation in implant dentistry. You'll master atraumatic extraction and single-implant placement in the surgical setting — guided hands-on by Misch educators who place implants every day.

Every concept is taught the Misch way: didactic grounding in the morning, then straight to the bench. You leave with a repeatable protocol you can bring to your own operatory on Monday — and a mentor you can call when you get there.
